After attending back-to-back Model Club Meetings Friday night and Saturday Morning, I was inspired to work on one of the kits that has been slowly progressing. This is a 1/24 scale CMA resin kit of the 1967 Daytona 24h winning Ferrari 330P4 Spyder. I added the photo-etched rear deck louvers, installed the vacuuformed front glass, and detailed the dash by adding the instruments, toggle switches w/labels, and steering wheel. Tires were installed and their first wash to pop out the tread was applied. I had to use Flory Wash as the Tamiya reacts with the vinyl tires. The panel lines and wheel details are Tamiya Wash, interior wash was the AK for red with drybrushing. Not that happy with it, but looks the part. I still need to install the front & rear lights, seat belts, and other details. I just might get two kits finished this year after all!
