Here are some pictures of my Christmas present in progress. This is the Meng 1:12 McLaren as raced by Aryton Senna.

This kit is similar in execution to the GT40 kit in that there is very little glue required. Instead most parts are press fit with major assemblies held together with itty bitty screws. I did OK and only lost one!

And here she is completed. The decals on this kit are easily the most difficult I have ever tackled, 40 or more individual decals across four sheets. The entire chassis pan and interior tub are both fully covered!

Much like Accurate Miniatures diabolical M8b kit the real beauty of this kit is hidden under the bodywork.  They do provide stands so that you can display the car in its underwear should you so desire.
